摘　　要：本文利用 Ｈ Ｐ５８９０ 气相色谱 Ｈ Ｐ５９７０ Ｂ 质谱仪，对虫益虫脂肪酸含量进行了研究分析，结果表明，虫益虫体内饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸的含量分别为 ２４７５×１０－ ２ 和 ７１６４×１０－ ２ ， Ｄ Ｈ Ａ 和 Ａ Ａ 含量为 １１２９×１０－ ２ ，亚油酸含量为 ３３５０×１０－ ２。Fatty acids of Echiurus were extracted and analysed by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. The results showed that the contents of saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids in Echiurus were 24 75×10 -2 and 71 64×10 -2 respectively, and the contents of DHA and AA were 11 29×10 -2 , and that of linoleic acid was 33 5×10 -2 in the crude lipid.
