艾迪注射液联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察艾迪注射液联合VAD(长春新碱+阿霉素+地塞米松)方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效。方法将多发性骨髓瘤患者分成两组。一组用VAD方案化疗,一组用艾迪注射液联合VAD方案化疗,观察两组2个疗程结束疗效(完全缓解率、部分缓解率、进步及未缓解率)、骨髓幼稚浆细胞的比例、感染发生率、免疫球蛋白降低幅度及白细胞低值持续时间。结果艾迪组骨髓幼稚细胞的比例低于VAD组,两组间有显著性差异。2个疗程后疗效则无显著性差异;艾迪组白细胞低值持续时间短于VAD组,但两组间无显著性差异;艾迪组免疫球蛋白下降幅度大于VAD组,但两组间无显著性差异;非粒细胞缺乏患者,艾迪组医院感染率明显低于VAD组,但对粒细胞缺乏患者,两组无显著性差异。结论艾迪注射液联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效明显高于VAD方案化疗,且对非粒细胞缺乏患者,艾迪组医院感染率明显低于VAD组。Objective To observe the curative effect of multiple myeloma which is treated by VAD regimen combined with the Aidi injection.Methods to divide the patients into tow parts,one part was treated by VAD regimen（VAD group） while the other one treated by VAD regimen combined with the Aidi injection（Aidi group）,observe the curative effects（CR rate,PR rate,NR rate）,proportion of the juvenile plasma cells in marrow,incidences of infection,range of the immunoglobulin reduction,duration of the low peripheral WBC of both groups.Results There was significant differences in proportion of the juvenile plasma cells in marrow between the two groups,and the Aidi group got a lower proportion,while there was no significant differences between them after 2 courses of the treatment;the duration of the low peripheral WBC of the Aidi group was shorter,but there was no significant differences;the range of the immunoglobulin reduction of the Aidi group was smaller,but there was no significant differences;the Aidi group got a observably lower incidence of infection than VAD group between the non-agranulocytosis patients while no significant differences between the agranulocytosis ones.Conclusion the curative effect of multiple myeloma treated by VAD regimen combined with the Aidi injection is better than that treated by VAD regimen.And also the the Aidi group got the lower incidence of infection than the VAD group in non-agranulocytosis patients.
