摘 要:新中国成立初期,私营企业民主管理形式经历了协商、监督和接管的发展演变,这是党和政府的主导推进、工会的组织协调和大多数资本家的接受认同所产生的结果。私营企业管理制度的民主改革与所有制的社会主义改造既有质的区别,又有内在联系,管理制度的改革在经济上、政治上和思想上为所有制的变革作了重要的酝酿和准备。In the early days of New China the democratic management of private enterprises experienced the stages of consultation, supervision and takeover in its development and evolution as a result of the guidance and promotion by the Party and the government, the organization and coordination by the trade unions and the gradual acceptance by the capitalists. The democratic reform of managerial system of private enterprises was essentially different from the socialist transformation of ownership of these enterprises; however, there was also an inherent connection between them. The reform of managerial system was a precursor of the change in the ownership of these enterprises and made important economic, political and ideological preparations for this change.
