初筛合格供精者体检时被淘汰的原因分析

摘　　要：目的总结该院人类精子库初筛合格供精者在体格检查时被淘汰的原因。方法回顾性分析2007年1月～2010年8月该院初筛合格供精者的资料。结果此间初筛合格供精者总数是2 604人,在体格检查时共被淘汰49人(1.88%),主要原因分4种。第1种是被实验室检查出遗传病(不包括染色体异常)共4人;第2种是供精者陈述有阳性家族遗传病史,共15人;第3种是被医生检查发现身体异常的,共27人;第4种是其他特殊情况,共3人。结论恰当的病史询问和仔细的体格检查能够有效排除潜在的不合格供精者,从而提高辅助生殖的安全性。【Objective】 To summarize the eliminated cause of preliminary screening qualified sperm donors during physical examination.【Methods】 Retrospective analysis was made on the medical records on preliminary screening qualified sperm donors between Jan 2007 and Aug 2010.【Results】 The total number of preliminary screening qualified sperm donors is 2 604,the eliminated number is 49（1.88%）,and the elimination cause was classified 4 categories： the first was genetical disease detected by laboratory（chromosome analysis not included）,4 cases;the second was self report positive family diseases,15 cases;the third was checked out by doctor,27 cases;the fourth was special situation,3 cases.【Conclusions】 Appropriate disease history inquiry and careful physical examination can exclude potential unqualified sperm donors effectively,so the safety of assisted reproduction technique is improved.
