摘　　要：丰田召回事件让企业意识到对劣质成本信息管理的重要意义,通过对劣质成本信息的收集和管理,及时发现并解决产品及工作中存在的质量问题,实现劣质成本信息管理的重要价值。Toyota recalls allow enterprises to realize the importance of the information management with the cost of poor quality,through collecting and managing the information of the cost of poor quality,we can timely identify and solve quality problems that exist,in order to achieve the important value of the information management with the poor quality cost.
