摘　　要：目的探讨Livin基因与MDR1基因在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及两者的相关性。方法应用Western blot法检测65例膀胱尿路上皮癌及20例正常膀胱组织中Livin基因与MDR1基因的表达。结果 Livin基因和MDR1基因在初发膀胱尿路上皮癌患者与复发膀胱尿路上皮癌患者中的表达均差异有显著性(P<0.05),Livin的表达与MDR1的表达具有正相关性。结论 Livin基因的表达与MDR1基因的表达可能具有协同耐药作用,Livin和MDR1可以作为检测肿瘤多药耐药的联合指标。【Objecctive】 The aim of our study is to explore the expression of livin and MDR1 in bladder urothelial carcinoma and their clinical significance.【Methods】 The expression of livin and MDR1 was studied in 65 bladder urothelial carcinoma patients and 20 non-tumor humans by western blot.【Results】 Compared to the primary bladder urothelial carcinoma patients,The expression of livin and MDR1 was higher in the recurrent bladder urothelial carcinoma patients（P 0.05）,There was positive correlation between the expression of livin and MDR1 in bladder urothelial carcinoma.【Conclusion】 The expression of livin and MDR1 may have a synergistic drug-resistance effect,and livin and MDR1 can be taken as a combined indicator for detecting multidrug resistance.
