艾迪注射液对SKOV_3人卵巢癌细胞作用的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨艾迪注射液对SKOV3人卵巢癌细胞的抗肿瘤作用。方法应用MTT法和RT-PCR法、ELISA方法分别检测艾迪注射液对SKOV3细胞增殖及SKOV3细胞中VEGF mRNA、VEGF蛋白含量的影响。结果艾迪组SKOV3人卵巢癌细胞增殖受到抑制,48h达高峰,抑制率59.51%;SKOV3细胞中VEGFmRNA含量艾迪组较对照组减少,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论艾迪能抑制SKOV3人卵巢癌细胞的增殖,在mRNA、蛋白水平抑制VEGF的表达,进而实现其抗肿瘤作用。【Objective】 To investigate Aidi injection against human SKOV3 ovarian cancer effects.【Methods】 Influence of Aidi injection on human SKOV3 cells proliferation and the expression of VEGF mRNA and VEGF protein in SKOV3 cell was evaluated by MTT and RT-PCR and ELISA.【Results】 SKOV3 human ovarian carcinoma cells proliferation was restrained in Aidi group,the inhibiton got up to spinnacle by 48 hours,and inhibition ratio was 59.51%;There was a significant difference between Aidi group and case-control in that the level of VEGF mRNA in Aidi group decreased more than control group（P 0.01）.【Conclusion】 Aidi injection implemented tumor-fighting properties by inhibiting SKOV3 human ovarian cell＇ proliferation,down regulating VEGF mRNA and inhibiting the expression of VEGF protein on nucleic acid level.
