摘  要:确定了聚氨酯材料Mooney-Rivlin模型的材料常数。在ANSYS中对聚氨酯筛面进行了有限元分析,得出了筛面中点的时间-位移曲线和筛面等效应力(Von mises stress)。最后将时间-位移曲线导入MatLab中进行拟合,得出筛面中点的转角-速度和转角-加速度曲线,并且将得到的结果与理论分析的结果进行比较,验证了这种分析方法的可行性。After the constants of Mooney-Rivlin model made from polyurethane being determined,the EFA of polyurethane sieving plate is carried out with ANSYS,and the time-displacement curve at the midpoint of the sieving plate and the equivalent stress of the sieving plate are obtained.In addition,the time-displacement curve is introduced into MatLab to carry out the fitting,and then the rotary angle-velocity curve and the rotary angle-acceleration curve at the midpoint of the sieving plate are obtained.Finally,the obtained results are contrasted with the theoretical analysis results to verify the feasibility of the method.
