湖南省规模化猪场H1N1猪流感流行病学调查

摘　　要：为了解H1N1猪流感(SIV)在湖南省规模化猪场中感染和流行情况,2010年6月采用间接ELISA和实时荧光RT-PCR对1 065份猪血清、16 796份猪棉拭子和360份肺脏样品进行检测。结果显示,SIV H1N1抗体阳性率达37.84%,猪场阳性率达100%;H1N1猪流感病毒抗原阳性率为0.12%,SIV在湖南的流行情况有着明显的区域性差异。In order to know the prevalence situation of H1N1 swine influenza viruses（SIV） in mass swine farms in Hunan province,1 065 swine serum samples,16 769 tissue and nasal swab samples and 360 lung samples were collected to determine the antibody against H1N1 SIV by ELISA and real-time fluorescent RT-PCR.The results showed that positive rate of H1N1 SIV antibody was 37.84%,positive rate of swine farms was 100%,and positive rate of H1N1 SIV antigen was 0.12%.There were obvious regional differences in SIV prevalence situation in Hunan province.
