摘  要:目的采用正交试验法优化益智仁挥发油提取工艺,考察其抑菌活性。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取益智仁挥发油,以挥发油得率为指标考察溶剂量、浸泡时间和提取时间对提取效果的影响;采用滤纸片固相扩散法研究益智仁挥发油对供试菌的抑菌活性,用二倍稀释法研究对供试菌的最小抑菌浓度。结果优化了益智仁挥发油提取工艺;益智仁挥发油对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌均有明显的抑制作用。结论优化的益智仁挥发油提取工艺效率较高、工艺较稳定;挥发油具有较好的抑菌活性。OBJECTIVE To explore the optimal extraction processing and study the antimicrobial activities of the volatile oil from Alpinia oxyphylla Miq..METHODS The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation method.The amount of solvent,soaking time and extraction time were investigated by orthogonal testing design using the extraction rate of volatile oil as index.The antimicrobial activities and minimum inhibition concentration(MIC)of the volatile oil were tested by disk diffusion method and two-fold dilution method in vitro,respectively.RESULTS The optimal extraction condition were obtained.Antibacterial activities against the tested strains of the volatile oil were found.CONCLUSION The optimized processing was efficient and feasible,which can be used in industrial production.The volatile oil from Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.showed good antimicrobial activity against bacteria.
