摘　　要：采用SWOT方法分析了新形势下四川水稻种业发展的优势、劣势、面临的威胁和机会,提出了提高四川水稻种业核心竞争力的对策。The strengths（S）,weaknesses（W）,opportunities（O） and threats（T） of Sichuan Province were analyzed in the development of rice seed industry based on the SWOT method.The countermeasures and developing strategy were proposed to strengthen the core competitive ability of rice seed industry of Sichuan Province.
