探查性眼球轨迹运动在精神医学中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨探查性眼球活动对精神分裂症、心境障碍、神经症的诊断价值。方法取精神分裂症、心境障碍、神经症各200例,正常对照组100例进行探究性眼球运动轨迹描记。结果精神分裂症组眼球运动轨迹各观察指标明显低于正常对照组,各组数据比较均有显著性差别;心境障碍组、神经症组与正常对照组比较NEF、TESL、MESL无差别,RSS、D值有显著性差别;心境障碍组、神经症组与精神分裂症组各观察指标比较均有显著性差别。结论探查性眼球活动可作为精神分裂症的辅助诊断依据,但单一观察指标很难和心境障碍、神经症相鉴别。Objective To explore the eyeball activity＇s diagnosis value for the schizophrenia,mood disorder and neurosis.Methods A total of 200 patients with schizophrenia,mood disorder and neurosis,and 100 normal persons were carried on eyeball activity orbit copies.Results All observation indexes of eyeball activity orbit copies significantly reduced in schizophrenia,mood disorder and neurosis subjects,the significant differences were found in NEF,TESL,MESL when compared with the control group,but there was not significant difference in RSS and D;the significant differences also were found in all the data from schizophrenia,mood disorder and neurosis subjects.Conclusion The explorative eyeball activity can serve as a assistance to examine a patient,but single observation index sign is very difficult to discriminate from mood disorder and neurosis.
