帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症临床疗效与安全性。方法选取符合标准的160例住院精神分裂症患者,随机分为帕利哌酮组和利培酮组,治疗12周。于入组时及治疗2,4,6,8,12周采用阳性与阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和副反应;SDSS(社会功能缺陷评定量表)评定社会功能状况并进行对比。结果 156例完成研究。帕利哌酮组自治疗第2周起至治疗结束各周SDSS,TESS评定结果与利培酮组比较出现极显著差异(P<0.001);PANSS评定结果帕利哌酮组第2,4,6周与利培酮组比较出现极显著差异(P<0.001),第8,12周比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论帕利哌酮治疗精神分裂症在临床疗效,社会功能恢复状况及副反应程度等方面明显优于利培酮。Objective To observe the effect and safety of Pailperidone for patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 160 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were treated by Risperidone,the observation group were treated by Pailperidone.The effect and side effect were observed with PANSS,TESS and SDSS after 2, 4,6,8 and 12 week of treatment.Results A total of 156 cases finished expected treatment.The scores of SDSS and TESS were obviously better in the observation group than those in the control group from the 2nd to 12th week after treatment（P〈0.001）.The score of PANSS was best at 2nd,4th and 6th weekend in the observation group（P〈0.001）,better at 8th and 12th weekend than the control group.Conclusion Pailperidone can increase effect,decrease side effect,improve the whole social function for the patients with schizophrenia.
