精神科病房护士心理状况与应对方式调查

摘　　要：目的评估精神科病房护士的心理健康状况与采用的应对方式。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和应对方式问卷(CSQ)对82名精神科病房护士进行问卷调查。结果症状自评量表(SCL-90)中,精神科病房护士的SCL-90总分(138.07±31.33)显著高于全国常模(t=2.345,P<0.05),并且焦虑(t=3.878,P<0.001)、敌对(t=2.271,P<0.05)和恐怖症状(t=3.166,P<0.001)均高于全国常模(P<0.05);精神科病房护士面对环境和生活事件时成熟的应对方式和不成熟的应对方式并用,但主要以不成熟的应对方式为主。结论精神科病房护士的心理健康水平较低,主要采用不成熟的应对方式。Objective To evaluate the psychological status and coping style of the nurses in psychiatric department.Methods A total of 82 nurses in psychiatric department were investigated by Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） and Coping Style Questionnaire（CSQ）.Results The SCL-90 total score（138.07±31.33） of the nurses in psychiatric department was higher than the norm（t=2.345,P〈0.05）,and these scores of anxiety（t=3.878,P〈0.001）,hostility（t=2.271,P〈0.05） and photic anxiety（t=3.166,P〈0.001）of the nurses in psychiatric department were higher than the norm;coping style of the nurses in psychiatric department were both mature and immature,but mainly immature.Conclusion Nurses in psychiatric department have low psychological status,and mainly adopt immature coping style.
