摘　　要：自亚健康概念出现以来,学术界对于亚健康的概念、内涵与外延、诊断标准、测定方法、预防与治疗等方面进行了大量的研究。本文探讨了目前国内有关亚健康状态常用的评估方法,主要有以下三方面:症状标准诊断法、量表评估法和生理生化指标诊断法。这三类方法在亚健康状态的研究中都表现出了某方面的优势,但同样存在多方面的不足。本文对目前国内有关亚健康的主要评估方法进行整理,以期寻找最有效的测定方法和检测技术,将其应用到下一步课题研究中,进一步探究亚健康状态的发生机制或生理、病理变化。The academia has made a lot of research for the sub-health concept,connotation and extension,diagnostic criteria,detection,prevention and treatment since the emergencing of the Sub-health concept.This article discusses the domestic commonly used methods about the assessment of the sub-health state.Mainly the following three areas： symptoms diagnostic criteria,rating scale assessment methods and physiological and biochemical diagnosis.These three methods of sub-health state have shown a certain respect,but also defect exists in many areas.This paper makes a consolidation of the main assessment methods of the sub-health to find the most effective method of determination and detection technology,and using it in the next step of study,then exploring further about the mechanism,physiology,or pathology of sub-health state.
