眼针对局灶脑缺血再灌注损伤保护机制研究——神经功能及半暗区细胞凋亡影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨眼针疗法治疗缺血脑血管病的可能机制。方法:采用随机分组将大鼠分为假手术组、模型组与眼针组,改良的线栓方法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型;取上焦区、下焦区、肝区、肾区为施加因素;采用神经功能缺损评分,TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡。结果:眼针组与模型组比较神经功能缺损评分统计学差异(P<0.01);眼针组与模型组比较凋亡细胞数3h时间点,无显著性差异(P>0.05);24h、72h时间点有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:眼针可降低脑缺血再灌注大鼠神经功能缺损症状评分,抑制缺血半暗区神经细胞凋亡。Objective： The subject is to probe the possible mechanism of eye-acupuncture in the treatment of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease.Method： Divided the rats into 3 groups by random,that is,the sham-operated group,model group and eye-acupuncture group,Make the model rat of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion according to the improved method;to take on the Shangjiao area,Xiajiao area,liver area,kidney area for the imposition factors;Make the scores of neurological function deficits,detect neuronal apoptosis by the TUNEL method;Results： eye-acupuncture group compared with model group are significantly different（P0.01）at the scores of neurological function deficits;The eye needle group and the model group compare,3 hour non-significance difference（P0.05）;24 hour,72 hours have the unusual significance difference（P0.01）.Conclusion： Eye-acupuncture can reduce the scores of neurological function deficit of the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion rats,improve the injury of impaired neuron in penumbra.
