31例原发性肺癌患者舌象特征参数与生命质量量表的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性肺癌患者中医舌象客观化参数与生命质量量表的相关性,为中医/中西医结合治疗肺癌的临床疗效评价提供有中医特色的客观指标。方法:选择气阴两虚型原发性非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象。采用ZBOX-Ⅰ型舌象数字化分析仪采集患者的舌象客观参数,并选用EORTC QLQ-C30 V3.0、EORTCQLQ-LC13中文版及KPS量表来测定肺癌患者的生命质量,分析舌象参数与生命质量量表之间的相关性。结果:(1)点刺指数与生命质量量表中失眠之间的简单相关系数较大;(2)舌象参数与生命质量量表之间不具有典型相关性。结论:舌象指标与生命质量量表之间存在一定的相关性,提示舌象客观参数的变化可以作为临床评价中医/中西医结合治疗肺癌疗效的参考指标之一。Objective：Discussing the relationship between the objective of parameter of the tongue image and the quality of life scale of the patients with primary lung cancer,and try to provide objective indicators with Chinese Characteristics for the lung cancer clinical Evaluation by the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine / TCM-WM.Methods：Choosing the Patients who were diagnosed as primary none-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） with deficiency of both Qi and Yin,using the type of ZBOX-I Tongue Digital Analyzer to collect the patients＇ tongue parameters,and choose the EORTC QLQ-C30 V3.0,EORTC QLQ-LC13 to collect their quality of life.Anglicizing the relationship of the tongue parameters and the quality of life.Results：（1）The Simple correlation coefficient between the index of Dianci and the insomnia is greater;（2）There is no Typical relationship between the tongue parameters and the quality of life.Conclution：The tongue parameters are certain related with the quality of life,it means the tongue parameters can be used as one of the clinical efficacy indicator to evaluate the lung cancer treatment of TCM or Combining Chinese and Western medicine.
