四逆散对实验性溃疡性结肠炎大鼠IL-4的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨四逆散对实验性UC大鼠IL-4的影响,以及君臣配伍在组方中的作用。方法:将实验动物分为5组,采用免疫法造模,用ELISA法检测大鼠结肠黏膜组织和血清IL-4水平。结果:模型组实验大鼠血清和结肠黏膜组织的IL-4均显著低于正常组,灌服四逆散和柴芍后,实验大鼠血清和结肠黏膜组织IL-4明显增加,以四逆散组增加最为显著。灌服柴芍枳后,实验大鼠结肠黏膜组织IL-4虽显著增加,但明显低于四逆散组;而实验大鼠血清IL-4含量无明显变化。结论:四逆散能够通过促进实验性UC大鼠IL-4的分泌上调IL-4水平来干预实验性UC,以全方作用最为显著;方中君、臣药物的配伍作用与全方作用一致,发挥了主要作用,但配伍枳实后,作用反而降低。Objective：The study is Sini Powders influence on IL-4 of experimental UC rats and effect of monarch drug and ministerial drug in the prescription.Methods：The experimental animals are divided into 5 groups and modeled with immunization.Results：Through detecting IL-4 levels of rats＇ colon mucosal tissue and serum with ELISA,find IL-4 levels of model group lower than normal group.After feeding Sini Powders and Chaishao,IL-4 levels of UC rats obviously increase,especially Sini Powders.But after feeding Chaishaozhi,IL-4 levels of UC rats＇ colon mucosal tissue increase but lower than Sini powders group.Conclusion：So we speculate that Sini powders can intervene in experimental UC with promoting IL-4 secreting to regulate IL-4 level up.The compatibility of monarch drug and ministerial drug play an important role.
