摘 要:UV柔印油墨由颜料、预聚物、活性单体、光引发剂及各种助剂组成,颜料颗粒的分散性对UV柔印油墨的各种性能有着重要影响。为了考察颜料分散性对UV柔印油墨印刷适性的影响,设计了UV柔印油墨配方,通过改变分散条件,制备了具有不同分散状态的油墨样品。并测试了油墨样品的黏度、粒径分布、固化速率,样张的实地密度、网点增大值及光泽度等。研究结果表明,颜料分散性对油墨的各种印刷适性均有一定的影响。UV flexo ink was composed of pigment particles,prepolymer,monomers,photo-initiators and various additives. The pigment dispersion had important influence on the printability of UV flexo ink.In order to discuss the effect,UV flexo ink formulations was designed in the study.Through changing the dispersing conditions,the ink samples which had different dispersion state were got.The pigment dispersion,viscosity,curing speed of ink,the solid density,dot gain and gloss of proofs were tested,and the effect of dispersion on the printability of UV flexo ink was also analyzed.The experiment results show that pigment dispersion has a variety of implication on ink printability.
