摘　　要：法学教育的发展和用人单位的人才需求对法学专业学生的实践能力提出了越来越高的要求。高等院校必须以第二课堂为有效载体,积极发挥第二课堂的诸项功能,以强化法学专业学生的实践能力。with the development of legal education and the demand of the employer, the legal students’ practice ability should be enhanced. The second classroom in the university should be made full use of in enhancing the legal students’ practice ability.
