摘　　要：对河北省涞源县小关城村的村民资金互助合作社进行了调查,重点分析了资金互助组织的3个博弈,即:与乡政府的博弈、与其他金融机构的博弈、组织内部的成员博弈,并在分析的基础上提出了相应的对策。This paper studies the farmer funded spontaneous mutual aid organization of Xiaoguancheng County in Laiyuan Country in Hebei Province.Three games of the financial self-help organization have to encounter： the game with countryside government,the game with other financial organization and members within the organization.And corresponding measures are put foreword based on the analysis.
