高等医学院校学生饮食营养状况的调查与对策

摘　　要：目的全面了解医学院校大一学生的营养状况并针对相应问题给出解决建议方法采用整群抽样方法,对所有大一学生进行身高、体重等方面的体格测量,计算体质指数;采用SPSS11.5软件建立数据库,进行统计处理,各组率的比较使用x2检验。结果 18-20岁大学生平均超重检出率为8.6%,肥胖检出率为3.4%,营养不良检出率为29.3%;男生超重和肥胖检出率均显著高于女生,女生营养不良检出率为显著大于男生。讨论医学院校应利用有利资源加强学生健康教育、改善学生学习压力和健全食堂管理机制,提高医学院校入学新生的营养状况。Objective To get comprehensive understanding of the nutritional status of medical college freshmen and give appropriate recommendations Methods Use cluster sampling to all freshmen in a medical university in Shenyang region and collect datas concerning height,weight and other aspects of physical measurements,then calculate body mass index（BMI）;Use SPSS11.5 software to establish a database for statistical processing,the rate of each group were compared using x2 test.Results Among18-20 year-old students,average detection rate of overweight is 8.6%,obesity rate is 3.4% and malnutrition rate is 29.3%;male overweight and obesity rates are significantly higher than female and girls malnutrition rate is significantly higher than boys.Conclusion In order to enhance the medical college freshmen＇s nutritional status,medical institutions should take advantage of resources to enhance student health education,alleviate academic stress and improve canteen management.
