摘　　要：本文从提高现代医院管理者战略思维、创新思维、辨证思维三个能力进行阐述,以增强工作前瞻性、开拓性和统筹性,为军队医院实现可持续发展借鉴。The measures were proposed to improve three thinking abilities of the modern hospital managers,namely strategic thinking,innovative thinking and dialectic thinking,which can enhance the general management abilities of the managers and provide references for the sustainable development of the military hospital.
