适度集权分析

摘　　要：组织正常运行的基础是权力,过度集权会产生独裁、专制和长官意识,过度分权会导致组织涣散和管理混乱。因此,集权与分权必须适度。适度集权是组织正常运行的保证。适度集权就是为更好地完成组织目标而将权力分散与集中到一定的有效程度,使二者取得较好的平衡。适度集权,避免集权过度和分权过度,是理想的状态。适度集权,要求领导者胸怀博大,愿意适当地与下属分享权力,接纳人才并使其充分发挥才能,同时也要防止过度分权,以免组织权力泛滥而导致组织混乱。Power is the foundation of normal operation in an organization.In order to achieve the organizational goals better,we should decentralize or centralize the power to a certain degree and obtain a good balance that is the moderate centralization.Therefore,the moderate centralization is the guarantee of the organization＇s normal operation.However,the unbalanced power distribution is a problem which the leaders are unable to avoid in practice.The right way is to do moderate centralization instead of excessive centralization or decentralization..
