摘　　要：本文提出哈大齐工业走廊开发与生态环境协调系统是在资源禀赋与变化、产业结构调整与升级、制度变迁与地域文化变化、规划、环境基础设施建设等多种机制的共同作用下发展的。通过各种作用机制对区域开发与生态环境协调系统影响的研究,来促进区域开发与生态环境高水平协调发展,进而为提高城市与区域可持续发展提供科学参考。This paper elaborates that development of the development-ecological environmental coordinated system depends on all kinds of mechanisms such as the amount and changes of resources,adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure,institutional innovation and local culture,planning,environmental infrastructures.For high level of development between Regional Development and Eco-environment,this study focuses on effects on Regional Development and Eco-environment by various mechanisms,so as to provide a scientific reference for solving urban and regional sustainable development.
