摘 要:根据某轿车扭杆梁式后桥的实际结构,在Hyperworks软件平台上对该后桥进行了有限元建模。按照整车在4种工况下的受力特征,对该后桥进行了强度分析计算与评价,结果表明,局部存在强度不足,可能影响到该桥的耐久寿命。在不影响工艺继承性和安装连接一致性的前提下,基于计算结果提出了改进方案,同时计算了后桥的模态,在理论上为结构的进一步改进提供了重要参考。The FEA model of a rear axle is built on the basis of a finite element analysis software Hyperworks.According to the stress distributions corresponding to four cases,the structural strength of rear axle is analyzed and evaluated.The analysis results show that there is the circumstance of the partial strength shortage,which will influence the endurance life of the rear axle.Under the premise of without affecting the succession of process and the consistency of installation and connection,a design improvement to this circumstance is carried out,and the modality of the rear axle is calculated.It provides an important reference for further improvement on the structure in theory.
