摘　　要：图书馆要走资源节约型发展道路,必须充分利用文献信息资源。我国现阶段图书馆的文献信息资源利用低效,与文献信息资源采买、管理、使用和服务中的伦理缺陷不无关系。要实现文献信息资源的充分利用,必须强化资源伦理责任,转变资源利用观念,完善人本伦理制度,提高资源利用效率,激励读者伦理偏好,避免资源利用失范,提升馆员伦理素质,优化资源利用服务。If the library wants to take the resource-conserving road,it must make full use of document information resources.At the present stage,the low-efficiency utilization of library documentary information resources in China is closely related with the ethical deficiency in the acquisition,management,utilization and service of documentary information resources.To make full use of document information resources,we must intensify our ethical responsibility for resources,change our ideas of utilizing resources,perfect our humanistic ethics system,improve our efficiency of utilizing resources,inspire readers＇ ethical preference,avoid misuse of resources,improve librarians＇ ethical quality and optimize the utilization and service of resources.
