摘　　要：目的：评价肿瘤标志物ＤＲ－７０在恶性肿瘤中的诊断应用。方法：应用美国ＡＭＤＬ公司的ＤＲ－７０ＴＭＥＬＩＳＡ试剂盒，测定对 ２０例正常人和５９例恶性肿瘤病人血清 ＤＲ－７０含量。结果：各种恶性肿瘤 ＤＲ－７０的阳性率为 ６６． ７— １００％，均较正常对照组有非常显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０． ００１）。结论：血清 ＤＲ－７０是诊断恶性肿瘤有价值的标志物。objective:To evaluate the tumor marker of DR-70 in the diagnosis of malignant tumors. Method: Using DR-7DTMELISA kit for detection of DR-70 in serum samples of 20 healthy controls and 59 patients with various malignant tumors. Results:The positive rates of serum DR-70 of the pa tients were 66. 7-100%, all of which were significantly higher than that of normal controls. Conclusion:The detection of serum DR-70 is a valn able tumor marker in the diagnosis of malignant tumors.
