丁咯地尔联合舒血宁治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丁咯地尔联合舒血宁注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法 109例椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者随机分为两组。治疗组使用丁咯地尔注射液200mg和舒血宁注射液20mL治疗,对照组使用丹参注射液30mL治疗。结果实验组和对照组疗效的差异均有统计学意义。结论丁咯地尔联合舒血宁注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效显著。Objective To observe the effect of buflomedil and teponin on the vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo.Methods 109 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo were divided into two groups randomly.The experiment group were treated with buflomedil 200mg and teponin 20mL;the control group were treated with Dansheng 30mL.Results The differece of the efficacy between the experiment group and the control group was significant statistically.Conclusions It is effective to treat vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo with buflomedil and teponin.
