关于加强肿瘤医院食管、胃、肺、乳腺癌治疗规范化建设的研究

摘　　要：目的为提高恶性肿瘤治疗的规范化水平。方法对照卫生部肿瘤防治办公室组织编写的《中国恶性肿瘤诊治规范》和国际抗癌联盟编写的《临床肿瘤手册》第５版，分析本院１９８１～１９９７年对食管、胃、肺、乳腺癌四种主要恶性肿瘤计２８５３４例患者的手术、放疗、化疗及其它抗癌治疗的情况。结果发现了一些在今后肿瘤医疗工作中切待改进和加强的方面。ObjectiveTo standardize cancer treatment practice in tumor hospitals.MethodsSurgical,radiational and chemotherapeutic situations of 28 534 cases of esophagus,stomach,lung and breast cancer patients in Hebei Tumor Hospital from 1981 to 1997 were examined to find aspects in the treatment which were not in accordance with the standard in the China Cancer Treatment Standard edited by The Cancer Prevention And Treatment Office of The China Health Ministry and Manual Of Clinical Oncology edited by The World Anticancer Association. Results Found several aspects in cancer treatment which needed to be improved or strengthened. ConclusionThe results in this study provides clues for improvement of cancer treatment in tumor hospitals.
