养血清脑颗粒联合血滞通胶囊对脑梗塞患者复发率的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察养血清脑颗粒联合血滞通胶囊对脑梗塞患者复发率的影响,探索减少脑梗塞复发的用药新途径。方法:将154例脑梗塞患者随机分为两组,对照组70例,予口服阿司匹林、辛伐他汀预防复发;治疗组84例,予口服养血清脑颗粒、血滞通胶囊预防复发。检测两组随访5年内的复发率、血脂等指标的变化。结果:治疗组5年复发率为(28.40±3.01)%,少于对照组的(42.85±4.60)%(P<0.01)。结论:养血清脑颗粒联合血滞通胶囊可降低脑梗塞患者的复发率。Objective：To evaluate the joint blood Yangxue Qingnao particles lag capsule on rate of recurrence of cerebral infarction,cerebral infarction to reduce the recurrence of drug use to explore new avenues.Methods：154 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,control group 70 patients to oral aspirin,simvastatin prevention of recurrence;treatment of 84 patients,serum brain particles to the oral care,prevention of recurrence of blood stagnation capsule.5 years follow-up were detected recurrence rate,blood lipids were observed.Results：The 5-year recurrence rate was（28.40±3.01）%,less than the control of（42.85±4.60）%（P0.01）.Conclusion：The combined Yangxue Qingnao particles can reduce blood stagnation capsule relapse rate in patients with cerebral infarction.
