摘  要:目的:研究肿瘤抑制基因um23/NDPK、p53和癌基因p21及胃癌增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达与胃癌浸润、转移的关系。方法:用链霉卵白素-生物素(SAB)免疫组织化学方法对55例经手术切除后的胃癌标本进行um23/NDPK、p53、p21和PCNA的检测。结果:55份胃癌标本中nm23/NDPK、p53、p21、PCNA阳性率分别为71%、29%、38%、84%,其中um23/NDPK、p21及PCNA表达与胃癌浸润深度有关,p21、PCNA阳性和nm23/NDPK表达降低者,癌细胞多已侵入浆膜及装膜外组织;um23/NDPK、p53、PCNA的表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移有关,um23/NDPK表达降低及p53、PCNA阳性者淋巴结转移明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中存在多种癌基因及抑癌基因表达异常,um23/NDPK的表过降低,p53、p21及PCNA阳性与胃癌浸润范围及淋巴结转移有关系。Objective: To study the expression of nm 23/NDPK,p 53, p 21 and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) correlation with infiltration and metastasis in gastric cancer.Methods: The state of nm 23/NDPK, p 53, p21 and PCNA expression in fifty-five surgical samples of gastric carcinoma was investigated by means of streptavidin-biotin (SAB) immunohistochemical method. Results: The positive rates of nm 23/NDPK, p 53, p 21 and PCNA in 55cases of gastric cancers were 71%、29%、38% and 84 % respectively.The expression of nm 23/NDPK, p 21 and PCNAcorrelated to infiltration of gastric cancer. The cases with reduced expression of nm 23/NDPK and positiveness of p 21and PCNA had more trend to infiltrate serosa;and the cases with reduced expression of nm 23/NDPK and positivenessof p 53、PCNA had more trend to lymph nodes metastasis. P<0. 05. Conclusions:There are multiple abnormal expre-ssion of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes in gastric cancers; The reduced expression of nm 23/NDPK, and posi-tiveness of p 53、p 21、PCNA have some relationships to infiltration and lymph nodes metastasis of gastric cancers.
