摘　　要：针对传统工艺生产加工的杂粮食品不能适应现代消费需求等问题,在分析国内外杂粮加工研究现状的基础上,以食品加工技术进步为依托,探讨了科技创新的目标与方向,以及共性技术支持为重点,旨在为杂粮加工研究提供借鉴。The food production of miscellaneous cereals by means of traditional process can not meet morden consumer demand. This text analyzed the status quo of domestic and foreign processing of cereals, investgated the objective and development direction of scientific creation, and technical support to focus on common, in order to provide a reference for the miscellaneous cereals processing research.
