摘　　要：长期处于困境的高校思想政治教育工作经过一段时期的迷茫之后,终于选择尝试一种新的极富生命力的教育观的融合,即人本教育观。本文在分析了传统高校思想政治教育的困境、思想政治教育的层次以及人本教育观的特点的基础上,着重归纳了人本教育观在高校思想政治教育中的完美融合。After a long-term predicament of ideological and political education work,lots of universities choose trying a new extremely rich vitality of education,namely the fusion of humanistic education. Based on the analysis of the dilemas ,the level and the characteristics of the traditional ideological and political education ,emphatically summarized humanistic education in universities＇ ideological and political education of the perfect fusion.
