摘  要:针对目前因车辆超载造成道路桥梁破坏,通过分析称重过程中影响车辆重量因素,设计了车辆动态保护式称重系统。以DSP(Digital Signal Processing)为主控器,MODEM通信接口,高精度的ADS1255采样,利用平均值滤波和中位值滤波结合数据处理,软件进行采样数据快速非线性修正,实现了数据采集显示、存储查询打印和通信传输等功能。实验证明,所构建的系统能有效地应用于车辆载重的在线动态识别与道路管理,测定准确可靠、抗干扰性能强、人机接口方便,具有良好的适应性。Based on the analysis of suspension system for truck leaf spring,the structure and implementation of a dynamic weighing system were presented.By using the technology of the control theory,the computer network、Serial Communication、Digital Signal Processing,the system has function of monitoring work state for recording historical data,inquiring.For the sake of best improving measurement accuracy,as a noise filter,a low pass(LP)filter dedicated to restrain noise out of the bandwidth of useful signal was adopted.The results show that this system that we have studied can be effectively used for dynamic load identification and road administration for vehicles with steel leaf spring suspension, but is it nice adaptation convenient,man-machine conversation and improvement in estimation of weight of moving vehicles.
