摘　　要：目的探讨屈光手术中酒精法与机械法去上皮对角膜上皮claudin-1蛋白的影响。方法 60只SD大鼠随机分为酒精组和机械组,每组再随机分为6个小组,分别用来观察24 h大鼠角膜上皮缺损直径、检测24、48、72、96、120 h角膜上皮claudin-1蛋白的表达情况。结果两组24 h角膜上皮缺损直径大小差异无统计学意义。claudin-1主要在角膜上皮翼状细胞和基底细胞层表达。24、48 h两组角膜上皮claudin-1蛋白表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),72、96、120h组claudin-1蛋白表达差异无统计学意义。结论酒精法去上皮术后早期使角膜上皮claudin-1蛋白表达降低。Objective To investigate the expression of claudin-1 in corneal epithelium after mechanical epithelial scraping and chemical de-epithelialization with 20% ethanol solution.Methods Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two equal groups,ethanol group and mechanical group.Each group was also randomly divided into six equal groups,one of the six groups was used to observe the defect of corneal epitheliam at 24 h,and we used other groups to detect the expression of claudin-1 in corneal epithelium on 24,48,72,96,120 h respectively.Results There was no difference in the defact of corneal epithelium on 24 h.claudin-1 was primarily expressed in the basal cell and wing cell layers.Compared the expression of claudin-1 in corneal epithelium of ethanol group with mechanical group on 24 and 48 h,it had statistical difference（P0.05）.But the expression of claudin-1 at 72,96,120 h had no statistical difference.Conclusion The expression of claudin-1 in corneal epithelium of ethanol group was less than mechanical group in the early time.
