摘　　要：Editorial Comments:From 2006 to 2010 during the 11th five-year plan of the Chinese national economy,along with the improvement and upgrading of the Chinese comprehensive national strength,the nation,as well as the individual provinces in China,reinforced their input on assisting Tibet Autonomous Region(TAR).At the same time TAR’s government took initiatives to successfully complete all-kinds of projects benefitting people’s livelihood from which TAR took its priority concerning its local people.The overall approach of TAR,both by people and government,has produced a consummate performance touching the depth of the hearts of local people.The following reports relate to this.Editorial Comments： From 2006 to 2010 during the 11th five-year plan of the Chinese national economy, along with the improvement and upgrading of the Chinese comprehensive national strength, the nation, as well as the individual provinces in China, reinforced their input on assisting Tibet Autonomous Region （TAR）.
