胎儿腭扁桃体T细胞亚群CD4和CD8阳性细胞的发育

摘　　要：目的：探讨胎儿腭扁桃体T细胞亚群CD4和CD8阳性细胞的发育.方法：收集9～28周因故终止妊娠胎儿腭扁桃体,免疫组织化学SP法显色显示CD4阳性细胞和CD8阳性细胞.结果：12周,腭扁桃体固有层内见少量CD4阳性细胞及CD8阳性细胞.14周,CD8阳性细胞数量较CD4阳性细胞增多,隐窝上皮内始见少量CD8阳性细胞和CD4阳性细胞浸润.22周,CD4阳性细胞免疫反应增强,数量仍较CD8阳性细胞少.至28周,两种阳性细胞数量逐渐增多,但以CD8阳性细胞为主,两者在固有层内散在分布或集聚成小群落,隐窝上皮内多呈单个分布.结论：12周CD4和CD8亚群已迁入胎儿腭扁桃体;随胎龄增长,两个亚群T细胞数量逐渐增多,但CD8亚群多于CD4亚群;两个亚群的T细胞发育时序基本一致.Objective.. To study the development of T cell subsets in the human fetal palatine tonsil. Methods： Human fetal palatine tonsils from the 9th to 28th gestational week （g. w） were collected. CD4-positive cells and CDS-positive cells were displayed respectively by immunohistochemical SP method. Results： In the 12th g. w, there were rare CD4-positive cells and CDS- positive cells distributed in the proper layer of the human fetal palatine tonsil. In the 14th g. w, the amounts of CD8-positive cells increased obviously compared with CD4-positive cells. At the same time, parts of the two types of positive-cells located in the crypt epithelium. In the 22th g. w, the immunoreaetion of CD4-positive cells was reinforced, but the quantities of them were less than that of CDS-positive cells. With the fetal age growing to 28th g. w, the two types of positive-cells increased gradually, but the number of CDS-positive cells was in majority. Conclusion： In the 12th g. w, CIM and CD8 subsets emigrate in the fetus palatine tonsil. The amounts of them increase gradually with fetal age growing, but CD8 subsets are more than CD4 subsets. The developmental time series of CD4 and CD8 subsets are essentially at equal pace.
