摘　　要：目的:探讨简易乳腺支架配合SPINE matrix线圈在MRI检查乳腺中的应用价值。方法:采用简易乳腺支架配合SPINE matrix线圈对100例女性患者行乳腺检查,对其MR图像的运动伪影、扫描范围进行分析。结果:100例患者的Fov包括双侧乳房及胸大肌;8例图像存在明显运动伪影,占8%;93例包括腋窝淋巴结组织。结论:简易乳腺支架配合SPINE matrix线圈,成像清晰,扫描范围大、可同时对乳腺、腋窝淋巴结及胸大肌进行扫描。Objective：To investigate the value of the SPINE matrix coil with simple bracket of mammary gland in the MRI.Methods：Inspect 100 example feminine patients by the SPINE matrix coil with simple bracket of mammary gland,and analyse its MR movement false shade,FOV.Results：100 examples patient＇s FOV including the entire breast and chest muscle.8 examples have the obvious movement fase shade,only accounting for 8%,93 examples including arm pit lymphatic tissue. Conclusion：The SPINE matrix coil with simple bracket of mammary gland has the cleared imaging and the big FOV.
