摘 要:目的:研究PREPassistant系统在洞形预备评估中应用的可行性。方法:使用PREPassistant系统对学生预备的65个盒状洞形的侧壁和底壁的角度以及洞形深度进行分析评估。结果:学生预备洞形的洞底基本与牙合平面平行;颊舌向固位形较理想,而在近中、远中方向洞形敞开,固位不佳;洞形深度预备不足的情况较多。结论:PREPassistant系统可以较准确客观反映学生洞形预备的情况,结合传统的教学评估方法,有助于实验课教学水平的提高。AIM: To study the effect of PREPassistant system in the training of caviy preparation.METHODS: Sixty-five box-shaped preparations on typodont teeth were prepared by students.The depths and angles of the preparations were evaluated by PREPassistant system.RESULTS: On the whole,the pulpal walls of students′ preparations paralleled to occlusal surface.On the facial-lingual plane,the convergent wall angulations benefited the retention of preparations.But on the mesial-distal plane,the angulations were divergent.There were insufficient reduction depth in most of students′ preparations.CONCLUSIONS: Combined with traditional visual evaluation,the kavo PREPassistant is a powerful tool in preclinical teaching.
