自攻型微螺钉种植体支抗周围骨组织中MMP-9表达变化的研究

摘　　要：目的:通过检测种植体支抗周围骨组织MMP-9含量,从分子水平来探讨种植体支抗周围骨改建情况。方法:选用成年雄性杂种狗4只,随机分为1、2、4、8周组。在每只狗上颌颊侧磨牙区靠近膜龈联合处植入微螺钉,每侧2枚,每组4枚。即刻用镍钛拉簧(1.96N)对拉同侧种植体。在相应的分组时间处死动物,进行免疫组化染色。采用spss17.0软件包进行Χ2检验,检验水准a=0.05。结果:HE染色显示即刻加载自攻型微螺钉种植体支抗颈部周围骨组织改建在即刻加载8周内以纤维改建为主;基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)含量在即刻加力8周内表达有差异,加力2周时表达含量最高。结论:即刻加载微型种植体支抗周围颈部骨组织改建在加力8周内以胶原纤维改建为主;MMP-9与微螺钉种植体支抗骨组织周围骨改建密切相关。Objective： To study the surrounding bone tissue and MMP-9 content,from the molecular level to discuss in the self-tapping implant.Methods： 4 adult male dogs were divided into 4 groups（1,2,4 and 8 weeks groups）.one dog in each group.The value of the force is 1.96N.Implant embedded location： bucco-alveolar bone of dog＇s maxilla;each 4 implants.4 dogs were perfused and sacrificed at the 1st,2nd,4th and 8th week.All specimens were fixed,then preceded with HE and MMP-9 immunohistochemical staining.Results： The content of MMP-9 is different during eight weeks loaded,which is highest in two weeks.There is no significant difference in the content of MMP-9 between the tensile force side and the pressure side.Conclusion： The osseous tissue reconstruction surrounding the cervix of the micro-screw implants anchorage which is loaded immediately is the rebuilding of the collagen fiber during eight weeks loaded.MMP-9 take part in the osseous tissue reconstruction surrounding the cervix of the micro-screw implants anchorage.
