微螺钉支抗改善露龈笑临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析微螺钉种植体作为支抗矫治露龈笑的临床效果。方法:选择13名露龈笑患者,在其两侧上颌侧切牙与尖牙之间靠近牙根部植入微螺钉,用橡皮圈-结扎丝将微螺钉与上颌中切牙和侧切牙连起来,每侧即刻加力100g,每4周更换一次橡皮圈。矫治前后通过测量,比较露龈笑及上切牙压低程度。结果:平均疗程5.8个月,上切牙龈缘到上唇下缘距离平均缩短4.27mm,露龈笑得到改善。结论:微螺钉种植体作为支抗性能稳定,疗效肯定,操作简单,是矫治露龈笑的理想支抗选择。Objective：To analysis the clinical effective of improving gummy smile with microscrew anchorage.Methods：13 patients with gummy smile were choosen,microscrews were implanted into each side between the lateral incisor and the canine,near the roots.Connected the microscrew and the incisor with elastometric chain,100g force each side was aplied immediately,changed the elastometric chain every 4 weeks.Compared the degree of gummy smile and incisor intrusion before and after treatment.Results：The average period of treatment was 5.8 months,the average distance of gummy smile was reduced 4.27mm,and the gummy smile was improved.Conclusions：With stabile capability,affirm curative effect,and easy operation,the microscrews implant was an ideal anchorage to improve the gummy smile.
