摘  要:建立了一种用流动注射测定亚硫酸盐的新方法。在pH=6的缓冲介质中亚硫酸盐使孔雀石绿溶液褪色,褪色程度与亚硫酸盐浓度线性相关。测定浓度范围是2×10-4~2.6×10-2 g/L,线性方程为y=13.982x-0.3703,其中R2=0.9991。测定用最大吸收波长为615 nm。此法与国标比较误差在±5%范围内,方法简单,方便,应用在食品测定中结果令人满意。Established one kind of new method to determine sulfite in food by flow-injection analysis.The paper shows that in a solution of pH=6.0 phosphate buffer medium,sulfite can cause a color-fading of the malachite green which has the maximum absorption wavelength at 615 nm.The determination of sulfite is carried out by measuring the intensity of color-fading,and they are linearly dependent.The measuring range is from 2×10-4 g/L to 2.6×10-2 g/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991 and the regression equation is y=13.982x-0.3703 By Comparing with National Standard Method of China,the error is within ±5% which meets the requirements.The method of this paper is simple,convenient,and to determine the sulfite in food which can have satisfactory results.
