锌 硒对汞致大鼠听力损伤影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨汞中毒对大鼠听力功能的损伤以及锌、硒对大鼠听力功能的保护作用。方法:将40只雌雄各半Wistar大鼠随机分成对照组(A)、汞中毒组(B)、锌保护组(C)和硒保护组(D)四组。B、C、D三组分别用氯化汞(4 mg/kg)、氯化汞(4 mg/kg)和硫酸锌(4 mg/kg)、氯化汞(4 mg/kg)和亚硒酸钠(2 mg/kg)连续灌胃30 d,正常饲料和去离子水喂养,对照组正常饲料和生理盐水喂养,30 d后脑干电诱发电位测定大鼠听力功能。结果:B组大鼠脑干电诱发电位Ⅰ、Ⅱ波潜伏期明显长于A组,波峰明显低于A组,C、D组大鼠脑干诱发电位Ⅰ、Ⅱ波潜伏期没有延长或是延长不明显,波峰有所下降或是下降不明显。结论:B组大鼠听力明显下降,锌、硒对汞致大鼠听力功能的损伤有保护作用,且具有较强的保护雄性大鼠的作用。Objective：To study the mercury poisoning induced damages and the protective effects of zinc and selenium on hearing in rats.Methods： Twenty male and twenty female Wistar rats were randomly and averagely divided into control group（A）,mercury poisoning group（B）,zinc protective group（C） and selenium protective group（D）.Continuously poured mercury bichloride,zinc sulfate,sodium selenite and physiological saline respectively for 30 days,the auditory brainstem response（ABR）were detected.Results： The first and the second wave latent periods of auditory brainstem response were apparently longer in B group than those in A group（P0.05）.The first and the second wave latent periods of ABR in group C and group D were shorter than that in group B and were not so apparently longer than that in A group;instead,the first and the second peaks of ABR wave were apparently lower in B group than that in A group（P0.05）,but both of the first and the second peaks of ABR wave in C and D groups were higher than that in group B and were not so apparently lower than that in A group.Conclusion： Mercury poisoning causes hearing damages in rats,while zinc and selenium ions can protect the hearing damages and do better for male.
