磨牙半牙切除术后修复疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价下颌磨牙半牙切除术后固定修复的疗效。方法:对20颗牙根严重受累的下颌磨牙行半牙切除术,术后12周对20颗患牙分别采用单端固定桥、双端固定桥或单冠修复,观察术后3个月、6个月、1年时的修复效果并进行评价。结果:20颗患牙3个月后复查,17颗满意,3颗基本满意,满意率85%;6个月后复查,15颗满意,3颗基本满意,2颗不满意,满意率75%;12个月后复查,13颗满意,4颗基本满意,3颗不满意,满意率65%。结论:下颌磨牙半牙切除术后固定修复是保留患牙的良好方法,建议采用双端固定桥、联冠单端固定桥修复,谨慎采用单冠修复,若作为活动义齿基牙,建议只作根面覆盖义齿修复。Objective：To evaluate the effect of post-treatment in fixed dental restoration of crown-root-resected mandibular molars.Methods：Crown-root resections were made in 20 mandibular molars with serious periodontal disease in one root.After 12 weeks,rigidly fixed bridge,cantilever fixed bridge and crown were offerd to 20 molars.The restorated effect after 3 months,6 months and 1 year were observed.Results：After 3 months,among 20 cases,17 cases were successful,3 cases were successful on the whole.The rate of success was 85%.At 6 months later,15 cases were successful,3 cases was successful on the whole,2 cases was not successful.The rate of success was 75%.One year later,13 cases were successful,4 cases was successful on the whole,3 cases were not successful.The rate of success was 65%.Conclusion：It is a good method for crown-root-resected mandibular molar by designating fixed restoration.The rigidly fixed bridge is the best.The cantilever fixed bridge is better.To design crown ought to be careful,if it is taken a removebal denture,the over-denture should be made.
