摘  要:为了探讨大学生自信水平,工作准备与择业取向、求职主动性的相互关系,为在校大学生提供参考指南,更好的实现自己的择业取向.本研究采用自信心量表、大学生求职取向问卷和工作准备量表,随机抽取673名大学四年级本科生进行问卷调查,最后进行探索性因素分析.结果表明,心理建设影响工作准备,工作准备对择业取向的影响大于对求职主动性的影响;在择业取向中,大学生更看重就业单位性质和所从事的工作是否能自我实现等因素,薪酬期望和就业地区则是一个比较次要的因素.The study was conducted to investigate the correlative relationship among confidence,job preparation,job preferences and initiative in job search on the part of Chinese college students.Research purpose is to provide helpful reference for the colleague students who are choosing their career paths.673 college graduates,were randomly chosen to question investigation,with the scales of confidence,job preparation and a questionnaire of job preference as tools.And exploratory factor analysis applied,the research result shows as follows: Mental construction will affect the students' job readiness.And the job readiness will have a bigger impact on job preference than on job search initiative.When choosing the career path,colleague students prioritize the company ownership and self-realization.However,the salary expectations and regional factors take the second place.
