摘 要:目的观察超声洁治前漱口对诊室空气细菌含量的影响。方法将研究对象分为listerine?漱口、氯己定漱口、清水漱口和未漱口四组。采用沉降法收集超声洁治后诊室的空气样本,血琼脂平板需氧培养48h,观察形成的细菌菌落数。结果超声洁治前listerine?漱口组和氯己定漱口组较清水漱口组及未漱口组空气中细菌含量明显降低,清水漱口组较未漱口组、listerine?漱口组较氯己定漱口组无统计学差异。结论超声洁治前用漱口液漱口可明显降低诊室空气中细菌数量。Objective To observe the effect of mouth rinse before ultrasonic scaling on microorganism concentration in air of dental clinics.Methods Patients were divided into listerine? mouth rinse group,chlorhexidine mouth rinse group,water mouth rinse group,and non mouth rinse group.Air samples were collected from dental clinics after ultrasonic scaling with sedimentation and cultured in blood agar plates for 48h.Then,the number of bacterial colonies formed on the plates was counted.Results The organism concentration was statistically lower in listerine? mouth rinse group and chlorhexidine mouth rinse group than in water mouth rinse group and non mouth rinse group before ultrasonic scaling(P0.05).However,no statistical difference was found in organism concentration between water mouth rinse group and non mouth rinse group and between listerine? mouth rinse group and chlorhexidine mouth rinse group before ultrasonic scaling(P0.05).Conclusion Mouth rinse using gargles before ultrasonic scaling can reduce the organism concentration in air of dental clinics.
