摘　　要：目的掌握简便的门诊人次预测方法,为医院管理服务。方法使用Eviews软件,采用时间序列分解方法与趋势外推法预测门诊人次。结果 Eviews软件小巧实用,采用时间序列预测方法得到结果误差较小,趋势外推法误差较大。结论 Eviews软件操作简单,界面简洁,值得推广。Objective To master simple methods about number of outpatient prediction for providing service to hospital management.Methods Through Eviews software,it applies time sequence decomposition method and trend extrapolation method to predict number of outpatients.Results Eviews software is small in internal memory and practical which error is small by using time sequence decomposition method and is big by using trend extrapolation method.Conclusion Eviews software is easy operation,concise interface that is worth to popularization.
