高职护理专业健康评估精品课程建设的实践

摘　　要：高职护理专业健康评估课程建设中创新建设理念,以岗位职业能力分析为基础设计项目课程,制订课程标准,编写新教材,采用多种教学方法,专兼职教师合作教学等改革,教学质量明显提高,师资培养成效显著。建议学校在经费、技术、人员等方面加以支持和保障,以提高课程建设水平。The exquisite course of Health Assessment experienced a long-term exploration,and we implemented a series of measures as follows：to innovate the construction idea,design program-oriented course based on analyzing professional ability, formulate curriculum standard,compile textbooks,and use various teaching methods.Meanwhile,the full-time teachers cooperated with the part-time teachers in research-based teaching.As a result,good teaching effect was achieved,and the teachers improved teaching competence.It is suggested that the college authority provide support in funds,technology and personnel to improve course construction level.
