摘 要:目的初步探讨hTERC基因异常扩增在宫颈病变中的表达及临床意义。方法应用FISH技术检测炎症组25例、CINⅠ36例、CINⅡ/Ⅲ22例、宫颈癌(SCC)23例宫颈脱落细胞中hTERC基因。结果 hTERC基因在炎症组、CINⅠ组、CINⅡ/Ⅲ组、SCC组表达阳性率分别为1/25(4%)、7/36(19.4%)、17/22(77.3%)、23/23(100%)。炎症组与CINⅠ组比较阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。炎症组、CINⅠ与CINⅡ/Ⅲ和SCC组间阳性表达率存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 hTERC基因异常扩增程度随着宫颈脱落细胞病变的进展而增加,可能对早期宫颈病变进展有一定的预测意义。Objective To detect the expression and significance of the human telomerase gene in the cytological samples cervix. Methods Cervical specimens from 106 outpatients were gotten from the Taizhou Center Hospital. They were divided into four groups: ASC(n=25),CIN Ⅰ (n=36),CINⅡ/Ⅲ(n=22) and SCC(n=23). The fluorescent signals in cytological samples which detected by interphase FISH with the dual-color TERC probe were compared. Results Genomic amplification of hTERC was 4% ,19.4% ,77.3% and 100%respectly. There was not statistically significance between inflation group and CIN I group(P〉0.05),while inflation group,CIN Ⅰ group compared with CIN Ⅱ/Ⅲ group and SCC group,there were statistically significance (P〈0.01). Conclusion The abnormal amplification degree of the human telomerase gene are increased with the development of the Cytological Samples Cervix,it can predict the prognosis of cervical diseases.
